Encompassing Seas (ES) is an online journal for and about the world's cultural oceans and seas. We are dedicated to promoting liquid- and non-liquid-inspired artwork, photography, music, and writing, and to providing a platform for aspiring and established artists, photographers, musicians, and writers from around the world.
